Quiet simply, if you find yourself thinking of doing business with these folks walk away. The owner Troy comes off as a nice enough guy but when the rubber hits the road these guys are low down crooks. After completing half of the job he collected in full from and then walked away and refused to answer or return calls.
When I went to the business address listed his grandmother answered the door and said others had been trying to track him down for money he had stolen after walking on other jobs. Once I finally tracked him down he threatened to put a .45 caliber bullet in my head if I continued to pursue my $$$. Fair warning that this guy and simple wood floors out of Albuquerque, NM are crooks.
