Simpletech ripoff passes the buck until it can't be passed anymore and then ignores you Santa Ana California
I purchased a Simpletech compactflash card in July. It was not compatible with my system so I promptly called them. I talked to a guy named Scott. He was very rude and told me it wasn't their problem.
After much haggling we finally settled on getting another one. He said he would email me return instructions. He didn't. After a few days I called back and he told me that he had emailed me, but for whatever reason I didn't get it. I still don't believe he did.
I sent it back promptly and had to pay $5.39. I received the new one and it didn't work either. I contacted them and they said they would send me another one. I told them that I wasn't interested in playing their guessing game and please send me a refund. I haven't heard from them since and it is now November.
