Simply Bargains I ordered a DXG-502 digital camera 3 months ago and I still haven't recieved it Doral Florida
On October 2nd 2006, I ordered a DXG-502 digital camera from Simply Bargains. After a month of not recieving it, they told me they would make a claim on it and ship me another a quicker way. But in this case I never got it and it's been another months since I've been waiting and never seen it yet. Last night I read about some comments other people made about the company and that's when I realized I might be getting ripped off by ordering something and never seeing it coming in the mail. When I called the week after I was suppose to get it, they told me I would recieve it the next week and it never showed up the next week so I called again and they said they would check again. I called again to see if they double checked this time and since then they haven't been answering their phone.
I sent a customer complaint and never recieved an answer. I feel a sense of suspicion since I never recieved a package and having my last few complaints ignored. It seems to me like they think they can get away with something just because I live in Canada and they're way down in Doral, Florida. I really hope to get what I paid for or else my money back. Please help me know what's going on because they've been ignoring my calls lately.
