My Sirius satellite radio subscription expires in four days. I've had this service since 2007 and decided to cancel because I hardly listen anymore. You can't cancel online - you must call the number provided. The first time I called I gave them my name and they said they didn't have an account with that name - even after I spelled my name out for her. She then hung up on me. I've tried calling several more times but get automatically disconnected.
I researched the issue to see if this might be a widespread issue with others. There are thousands of similar complaints so I'm quite certain my attempts to cancel are being ignored on purpose.
