Im having the same problem.. I have paid every 6 months for a year and half now, and they are now telling me I owe them money for my renewel.. I don't owe them anything and for a month I have been getting called everyday multiple times a day. I called to talk to someone and she said you owe us money and we will continue to call everyday until you pay. I have tried multiple of times to cancel and they just won't take it. I will never use this buisness again. They said they will send me to collection if I don't pay. It's unbelievable.

Here it is over a year since this original report was filed and they are still doing the same thing. XM has just done this to my son. Yesterday he got call from a collection agency for a $186 bill. He found out is was from XM an called them. He was told he had to deal wih the collection agency and hung up on him. This is for 2 radios that were cancelled and have not worked for 2 months. Still don't know what the outcome of this will be.

I agree...they did the same to me. I believe it is illegal to turn someone into collections for a pre-paid service which is how Sirius XM works. They seem to be massaging a loop-hole they feel exists which does not. There should be a class-action lawsuit against them for this as it damages a persons credit. Does anyone have any information about what can be done?

So, XM Sirius, now that your fraudulent practices have caused damage to this person's credit report, how do you propose to 'fix it'? There should be a class action lawsuit to cause enough pain to the owners of XM Sirius so that they will stop these practices. You might also move your call center out of the Phillipines so that people might have an opportunity to talk to someone who actually speaks the same language that they do.
