SiteTurn Networks dishonoring 30 day money back guarentee Internet
After two days of having an account with SiteTurn, I canceled the service. Their 24/7 Customer support was non-existant, they incorrectly charged my bank account, and I never recieved the software. Their money back guarantees offers a refund if you canceled within 30 days. I have not recieved a refund. And they will no longer respond to my emails.
It seems this is not the first time it has happened. I researched a found a few other people complaiming that they do not honor their guarantee.
The following charges were incurred on my account.

Under our "30 Day Money Back Guarantee" program, SiteTurn Networks will provide customers with a full refund on all hosting services paid, if the customer requests the service cancellation with a valid customer service complaint, within the first thirty (30) days of account activation.
