Skin Rx Clinic Total Rip Off!!! Florida skinrxclinic.com Nationwide
This company are a total rip off! I made an international purchase a couple of years ago over the internet and paid by bankers draft. This was sent and they confirmed they had received and yet I never received any products! Contacted them several times. Phone would just ring and ring. E-mails were answered after 5-6 attempts stating they would look into it, then I would not hear anything.
I kept on and was eventually told the package had been damaged by UPS in transit and another package would be sent. And yet suprise, suprise I didn't receive anything! Continued to email eventually they answered but all they would say was we will look into it and then I wouldn't hear anything (they kept repeating this). In the end (after several months of emailing and letter writing) I got fed up and gave up. Lost money because of these rip off merchants.
I notice my experience is similar to all the others and no doubt one of their 'employees' will write a rebuttal and deny all of this (total LIE). Wouldn't it be better if they did the right thing and REFUNDED THE MONEY?!!!
