I began using SKYLiHGT through a part time employer (JCP), I did not have my Routing and Account Numbers for my Primary banking institutuion, so I went with this company via this employer.  Figured just extra 'mad' money anyway.  Well after a few months I was going to relocate, card was not working while getting fuel.  After calling them, told me it had been de-activated due to being comprimised.  Told them fine, reissue to my address, at which time they gave me the script of 7 to 10 business days.  I asked them to verify that info, I was told that is how long it takes, I live 150 miles from their Headquarters in Austin, TX... Changed to a newer address, In AZ. 

17 days later still no idea where card is, they can't track it, why no tracking, still sticking to 7-10 business days, Sat and Sun are now regualr days to USPS.  How this loop-hole is still able to be maintained.   And English is not these peaoples strong suite in the language department.  I am a US Veteran, I fought for these people to be able to come here and have a better life, have som innitiative to learn the language of the country you live in.  It's is what happens in other countries, or you don't get customer service jobs there.  I was mistaken to think there may be some hope here still left, but apparently not.  Taking my retirement and disability out of here before there is nothing left.  Sad days for America.  Fought for what, some one please tell me.
