smithtown Ford Service department crooks Internet
Took my van in to have motor mounts put on, went to pick it up and before I left the lot the check engine light comes on and the car is shaking, the manager tells me thats not our fault its a coincidence, and I have to pay them to tell them whats wrong and make the repair. It didn't have this issue 2 days ago when I dropped it off. And magically didn't have it when you supposedly "test drove it". They are crooks and I wish I read the reviews before I took my van there. but I figured it's a Ford dealership taking my Ford there would be best. Def not
