South Chelsea College I paid the college a part payment of 400 for admission in 2008 as an international student but my visa was refused . The college did not want to refund my money back to me. i paid the college part payment for admission and my visa was refused.i want refund back from the college.It was stated in the letter that i can get refund back if my visa was refused. , Internet

I paid a part payment to South Chelsea College 400 as a part payment of my admsiison into the college and my visa application was refused by the uk embassy in my country .I want a refund back from the college of my desposit of of 400 but the college did not want to refund the money back to me.
The college stated it in their student handbook that they would refund back the money if the visa application of any international student's that want to join the college is being refused by the embassy with a prove of the letter of refuser and photo copy of the international passport and return of the admission letter to the college for prove that student has not use the college to college visa.
I sent all these documents (the orignal admission letter, refuser letter from the embassy and the photocopy of my international passport)back to the college but they did not want to refund the money back to me.I was not the only person that want to collect refund from the college .it'is seem the college is trying to ripoff the internatinal student that want refund back...people should think twice before you make any payment to south chelsea college because they are ripping off students of their money..
