South Country Club's Best Auto Dealer Failure to comply with repairs agreed to on used vehicle purchase mistreated and ripped off Mesa Arizona
I purchased a used vehicle from this company for my daughter in February 2002. In good faith I upheld my part of the deal by paying for the vehicle. Their agreement was to repair damage done to the vehicle from vandalism that had occurred just days before the purchase. Repeated attempts by me to take the vehicle in for the agreed upon repairs was met with constant excuses and failure to complete the work. I had to take time away from my job and what has amounted to extensive mileage on my vehicle and other vehicles each time I went to the site for the repairs. The company has never initiated contact with me to complete the repairs and continues to make excuses as to why they cannot do it. More than a month has passed and they have yet to let me know when the work will be completed.
