The trolley dealer know as Speciality Vehicles of Henderson, Nevada is a huge ripoff.

In July, 2016, I went about purchasing a trolley from Nancy Munoz who owns Speciality Vehicles.

She asked for $5000.00 down payment in the form of a wire!

I had to have financing on the trolley, so she suggested i go to Tony Borchello of First Financial of California who is another scam artist.

He said he could do the job if we sent him over another $2000.00 plus dollars. This would be used for the first and last payment and doc fees. This amount was also to be wired to Nancy Munoz.

I knew i was being scammed by the both of them.

While waiting for our financing to be approved, Nancy Munoz emailed me and said, "Hey all, sorry, your trolley was sold over the weekend by another sales person." I never would imagine someone with $7200.00 down payment selling it out from under our noses, but it happened at Speciality Vehicles.

We did veer into another trolley she had but needed the seats moved from perimeter to forward facing so as to give us more seats for our customers.

Meanwhile, Tony from First Financial needed $11,000.00, more to be wired to Nancy to get the new trolley financed so we sent him what he asked for. That wasn't good enough. He came back and said he could do the job if we sent him another $10,000.00 plus to finalize the deal. It was too late to back out of the deal as they had the intitial down payment and refused to give it back if we canceled for any reason so we moved forward.

Our trolley was finished at the factory with the updated seats that Nancy did for free to make the sell. Nancy sent over a picture of what the seats  looked like and it wasn't what we ordered.

Nancy Munoz then said she would tell the Supreme Corporation to add more seats.

The same day, Nancy Munoz got back to me and said the engineer would not add more seats to make it per our request as the gross vehicle weight was only 18,000lbs, thereby making it not big enough.

Nancy Munoz then told us she would refund our down payment.

It's been 5 months and i haven't seen a penny from her. I had to turn her and her company Speciality Vehicles into our Chief of police to investigate as it is illegal for a dealer to keep a deposit on a vehicle.

To recap, when a dealer asks you for a down payment in the form of wire transfer-don't do it. We gave a total of 4 wire transfers to purchase a trolley off of Nancy Munoz of Speciality Vehicles and didn't get the first trolley we ordered as she sold it and then grossly misrepresented the seating of the second trolley and she kept our $29,250.00, and won't give it back.
