I just want the original person who posted this complaint to keep at it with his American Express company to try and get your money back from Spectrum.....because I was finally successful after 9 months of "keeping at it". Just understand that copanies such as Spectrum COUNT on the consumer "giving up" after they stonewall you to death and give you run around after dead end run around. What you are going to find is that Spectrum suddenly gets VEEEEEERY "respectable" when they are being contacted by a credit card company....but unfortunately go back to their scam and nasty antics once they think the credit card company is not pursuing them again (abnd belive me YOU have to keep track of things and keep things movin forward or again Spectrum COUNTS on the credit card company complaint getting lost in the shuffle....they are MASTERS at this game! But you be smarter is all. I was, and I won.....and I am still amazed Spectrum is still in business with all the carbon copy complaints on her and everywhere on the internet about them.......the same old deal!
