My problem started when I placed my order I was told by my sales rep who placed my order that My order WONT BE BILLED UNTIL july 20th when my backorder was due in!"I was never told the it could come in anyday"However the backorder was charged and over draft fee $30 was put on my checking acct and I spoke to Grace in sales on May 11th 4:10pm est she refunded my order and told me I could place my order with the same price as long as i called this friday "I tried to do that". I spoke to joyce in cs who trans me to supervisor (Lynn Nelson)who kept cuting me off? and begain to belittle me and talk down to me as if it were my fault.I told here I was going to put this issue on my blog and put in a complaint with BBB and put my complaint on RIPPOFF.COM I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THIS WAS A BAD EXPERIANCE AND LIKE THEY SAY I TELL EVERYONE I CAN ABOUT IT however i wanted to give you a chance to fix this.
