Sprint PCS ripoff dishonest RUDE scam Sioux Falls South Dakota
After a year of bad service including six months to receive rebates,no coverage, continually being over charged for the same thing (4 months in a row), being sold a new phone for over $200 that quit working properly one month later then being told they couldn't do anything about it because I didn't carry the $5 a month/$50 deductible insurance on the phone (it's a warranty issue, not an insurance issue), being disconnected when I'd call customer service to complain,and extending our contract 2 more years without our permission when our 17 year old daughter bought the faulty phone, I was thrilled to find out that since our new house was out of the Sprint coverage area, they would have to let me out of my contract. I called the "diconnection department" (after the clerk at the Sprint store was rude to me), and was told by the disconnection manager, "We didn't tell you to move." This is my thanks for paying on time $300+ per month for six years?
