Sprint Hefty Cancellation for service that didn't work Internet
Service didn't work--reported numerous times--they kept saying there was nothing they could do and service was at 100% even when coverage map showed half-bars outside (what do you get inside building??). I know they can't guarantee service in buildings--but when metro PCS does better--it's hard to argue that it's the "building's fault". I found that Metro PCS had $55 4G lte plan and it works in the areas that my sprint phone would not and the call quality was much clearer. So for $90 / after taxes and fees, or $55/ mo for Improved cell phone which would you pick?
