Originally my loan was with Chase Bank. I was dealing with them for over a year and it was a total nightmare. They finally denied me the modification . They claimed my income was only 1/3 of what it actually was . They gave me some absurd reason for it and i was inelligable for any of the programs . After many more months of frustration and dead ends I was notified that the loan was transfered to SPS. I thought at the time this was positive but I was seriously mistaken. This company has to be amongst the worst run banks in exsistence . Dilligence and efficiency is not in there part of the their protocall. SPS continuouslly loses documents and continually asking over and over for the same paper work . When they receive those documents because of the way they dont review a file, they tell you something else expired They never do a complete review so this makes a simple process to a huge debocale . SPS seems to only review upuntil they see something missing and goes no further. When you submit the requested documents they further review the file and find either something else is missing or that a document has expired. This is due to there high level of incompetance and lack of dilligence .
As far as being appointed a relationship manager, its a joke . It was my impression that the purpose of a relationship manager was to make weekly calls to the borrower and to insure all documents where recieved and the file is complete. Basically to expedite the process . The only time I would hear from my relationship manager is when I would call and I would always have to leave a message and hope he calls me back . This leaves me no choice but to speak to a representitive thats not familar with my case so we have to repeatly go over the entire file over and over. I get different stories from every one and all I keep doing is submitting documenst that have already been submitted. After over a year I was denied the modification due to the lack of income. SPS had lost my lease documents which I probably submitted twice already. When I called to dispute the representitve agreed that there was an oversite on there part. It is now in reveiw again. However I am not confident that there will be a resolution. As of now I still have not heard from my relationship manager .

Well here I am almost 3 yeers later after I filed my last report and nothing has changed with the exception that know SPS's lawyers are now involved. There clear negligence on both SPS and the lawyers is beyond comprehension. The same story over and over again resend documents missing or lost by them documents you know they recieved and believe me I am very dilligent . I have gone to other departments within SPS such as the Ombudsman have been assigned numerous account represntitives and each time have had hopes that one is different then the last but I have been proven wrong everytime. The law firm being no different and is only in it for the money and not interested in any resolutions. I will be filing another rip off report on them as well. Im not sure who runs or does the underwriting department but they should be embarrased how they handle file . They never complete a review at one time they get to a point see a missing or incorrect document and stop then when you send the documents requested they find either some thing else missing or has expired. Its a tread mill. And let me had 90% of the times they are rquesting missing documents is becuase they lost them. Enough is enough . Even my lawyer dont get resolution Please advise
