Star Financial Incorporated They sent a letter to my mother telling her she won $250,000 in a consumer lottory Los Angeles California
The letter included a check (I'm assuming it's a fake or a check stolen from someone's account) for $2450.00, presumably to help with the processing fees. The letter then asked my mother to send a check from her account for the fee of $1945.00, after she sent that she would qualify to win $250,000.00
