Star Ford bunch of liars lazy and stupid repair men Ripoff! Glendale California
i called to ask for a repair done to my vehicle. they called me back 2 days later sayng they had the part and it cost about $40 with free installation. the same day i went and purchased the part from their sales counter, the actual prize was about $70! once again i asked about the instalation, the counter guy said yes its free! after i went outside with the part i aproached one of the repair guys, i told him i needed the part installed and he said shure no problem but theres an instalation fee, i said wtf i had 2 verbal agreements with two other sales people both telling me it was a free instalation. he groaned like they where stiking a d##k in his @$$ and he said well bring it in let me take a look. he half a*s made an attemp to install the part then he said that it was too old of a model for them to install that part and that the whole system for that part needed to be replaced. i said f### this and got a refund and left. tis is the second time i had a bad experience with this dealer, maybe the other workers are good people. but the repair and servise people are A$$holes, specialy this one fat ugly guy and the two old white guys that are lazzy,corrupt and stupid and need to be retired. please do not go to this dealer avoid a bad experience.
