Put in an order of close to $100 6 weeks ago. Order said 7-10 days from order, delivery would occur. No delivery. I e-mailed once, a month later, asking what's up. I get a totally unapologetic e-mail response, saying to check the delivery status on the website, "it should update soon" etc etc. Nothing.
Now it'll be approaching 2 months after the order, I e-mailed a week go asking for EITHER immediate shipment OR immediate refund. NEITHER was offered.
I'm not sure what else to do other than file reports on sites like this to prevent others from making the same mistake, and to spur the company to actually give a crap about people who have paid them money and not received any product, aka, people who have been ripped off. I want my money back!
