DO NOT TRUST CROUSE PLUMBING! Steve and Jill are scammers! I referred Steve to many jobs and asked for referral fees for these job. Steve is so sneaky he took the jobs and NEVER paid the referral! Steve's girlfriend Jill is the most unproffesional person I've ever dealt with! She smokes and drinks alcohol on the jobsites, curses, and is all around trashy. I am sure I'm not the first but I will do everything in my power to make sure noone gets ripped off or provided with the same crappy service I recieved! PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THESE SCAMMERS!

I just wanted to correct the dates that I previously stated the "reviews" happened on. All the fake reviews that were posted along with the 2 rip-off reports, were done on 9/20/17. NOT on 9/22/17 below is the screen shots of all the fake reviews that were posted. They were all directed at me.

The frustration about this whole issue is that when these fake reviews were posted, we in in the process of trying to resolve this issue, but said contractor kept rescheduling. We have taken every possible route to come to a fair resolve.
The fact that "whoever" it was that posted these did them in attempt to "get back at me", is a VERY immuture thing to do, Not to mention illegal, because at the end of the day, it is slander. It is Malice and it is uncalled for.
You can lie all you want about me, but the truth will ALWAYS come out in the end. I am sorry that you felt the need to try and bash our name, and I hope that one day you will realize that it is wrong. I get it, you didnt like what I had to say, but the difference between what i wrote, and these fake reviews, is that mine were 100% true and factual and I have all the documentation to prove that.
I even stated that "when the issue is resolved, i will come on here and say that a genuine effort was made to resolve the problem, because avoiding it and lying is only proving my point," I hope you have a better day, and hopefully you will learn from your mistakes.
Success come from hard work. It comes from treating people right. It comes from having integrity. It does not come from cheating, lying and slandering innocent people on the internet. I am sorry that you felt the need to do these malice, fake reviews because regardless of what you have said, I know that it is not true. Actions speak louder than words.

This a malice & fake review that was done to harras us. Over the course of the last 2 years, we have been trying to resolve an issue of non-payment on 21 jobs we did for said contractor (our story in the link below). After numerous attempts to resolve issue through mediation, arbitration, court, said contractor has done everything to avoid paying us.
Including but not limited to refusal to arbitrate, reschueduling numerous times, "medical emergencies", staged property damage. (he actually broke out the headlight of his own car, then filed a false police report) His license # is (((REDACTED))). You can look up on the CSLB website and see that all 21 complaints are referred to legal action.
Also, since when does a secretary get a "referal fee". I have only met you in passing, i think. (if this is really you) And the last time we had any sort of communication with you, you asked Steve to "add a comminsion" to a price for you. (pic below)
You actually wanted him to up his price to a customer so you could make a "comminsion" He refused and ignored you. That is NOT how WE do business. So, I am curious "Katelyn" in this fake review you talk about referral fees, then you talk about crappy service as if you are trying to pretend you are a customer. It is obvious when someone is lying. Just like the other 6 "reviews" you did on 9/22/17 2 on here, and 5 on yelp.
We are a business that is built out of Honesty & Integrity. We would NEVER tolorate "drinking and smoking on job sites!! That is absoultey ridiculious. If someone ever did that , said person would be fired on the spot! should anyone EVER get service like is mentioned in the fake reviews, i would sincerly hope that a formal complaint is made.
I am not sure exactly who wrote this. But all these "reviews" are all directed at me, becasue I am the one who has filed the formal complaints. It is sad that when someone wants to address an issue and be paid for work that was done and he was paid for, instead of being an adult and addressing the issue, and doing what is right, they try to bash our good name by posting fake and malice reviews.
It is a shame that even in the Terms & conditions" of this site, you have to agree that what you are posting is true and factual. I have asked to have these removed, but my only option is to respond.
