After venting about my similar experience, I noticed all the complaints I'd read about this man were from 2007-2008, and nothing since. So, I decided I would call him, and see what he had to say about what had happened those 7 years earlier. He was truthful and apologetic, and even though I no longer had proof of payment, or even our emails to each other, he agreed to issue a full refund, and promptly at that. At this point in time I think I would recommend Steve "The Acrylicman" Frosti to anyone needing custom acrylic work (based on customer service, and the fact he answers the phone himself. I can't actually speak for the products as our transaction was voided.)

Yes you are a fraud! You did the exact same thing to me in 2007 or 2008 too!
After paying you $260 for a custom bird cage, you strung me along by email with promises, and even fake DHL tracking numbers for months! Eventually you just stopped responding entirely. My bird had to live in a cage that was too small for a really long time because you stole my money at a time when it was unbelievably tight, so I couldn't even get him a larger cage from someone honest!
You not only screwed me over when you stole my only savings, but you screwed over a helpless animal that I adopted because he was being abused. I even submitted a complaint to the BBB, and am disappointed to see it's fell off your record after 3 years. So I second that "SHAME ON YOU STEVE FROSTI!" ... And now that I know about this site, I'm going to make my own complaint!
