I realize that this post may be a bit dated, but I am sorry that you had this experience.
STOPzilla has been relentless in improving the quality of our software, and in the last two years we earned excellent marks from independent groups like West Coast Labs and OPSWAT for the superior detection rate of our product.

I sent my required material as listed and stated by Stopzilla in order to get the rebate. I gave them every thing. It all went out the next business day. I did it right away so it wouldn't be forgotten. That was the end of Febuary. It is now May
20th and I finally got my rebate. Thats a long time! At least they did keep their word. I am no longer useing Stopzilla. Make sure they take you off of yearly automatic renewal or you'll be buying this soft ware again! I terminated my account with them and deleted their soft ware. I got a virus and Stopzilla wasn't able to stop it. There are other Virus protection soft ware that I am famuliar with and I will stick with them
