StudentServices demanded protected security informtation Internet
This company advertises student loan forgiveness and states over the phone they are associated with the Department of Education. They demand your personal information including your security question answer and/or PIN number to access your student loan account information. When I declined to provide this information and asked for verification by email or personal mail to the company I was given a website only which specifically states this is a private company with NO relationship to the Department of Educataion as was stated by the individual on the phone. Another individual called back wanting to get "more information" from me (from a different phone number by the way) and when I told them I did not feel comfortable providing this information by phone they HUNG UP on me! Do NOT trust this company!!
