Suite Properties LLC Estimated a $200 repair at $2300.00 ! wich ended up to be a scam! detroit mi Michigan
They managed my condo in Roseville MI.
Not only they got me the worst avilable tenant they estimated a furance repair of $200 at $2300.00 wich ended up to be untrue!
Only thing missing was a fuse and some refregenrat.
They sent their "tech" and gave me a propersoal to repair in the sum of $2300. I told them that I want a second opion, I sent my own tech and the only thing missing was a fuse, they fixed it for $200!!
They relased me from my management contract right away.
What a bunch of scammers.
