Sulake - Habbo Hotel Habbo Hotel BANNED WITH LACK OF EVIDENCE 00530 Helsinki Internet
I have been a member of Habbo Hotel since they started back in 2004. My account is worth well over $3,000. I was banned for "buying coins from a third party website". I asked Habbo to provide proof of this information. They quoted two lines from my habbo that said "ty<3<3" and "I'll confirm <3". First off, I play a role on a very popular fansite for happy and am well known and respected in the habbo community. I purchase coins/items from Habbo on a weekly basis and always continue to abide by all of their policies. As a member of the fansite, we often exchange coins with each other for the giveaways and event items. Me saying this in my room was in reference to receiving the items as previously mentioned.
Sulake thinks everyone who plays this website is just a bunch of children who are scared by Moderators or other Habbo personnel. However, I am not one of them. I asked Sulake to provide actual proof that I have purchased coins from a third party. They also said it was purchased from a known seller. If such was the case, why is this person not banned if they are a known seller? They could not justify the ban and continued to say the ban was final. I am willing to pursue litigation around this matter. They do not care about customer service whatsoever. They are solely concerned about the money considering they are going bankrupt and have had other litigation pressed against involving bullying and online predators.
The habbo community I am apart of is very upset about the outcome of my banned account. It is used for multiple events rooms and I am also know for my very generous giveaways. Habbo needs to provide proof that they have factual evidence that I purchased coins from a third party other than the two lines of commentation in my room.

Then build a bridge and GET OVER IT! Perhaps YOU have forgotten that JUST BECAUSE you THINK you are so special doesnt make it reality!! If THEY dont want YOU on THIER website, well then that IS THIER RIGHT! And YOU dont get a say in it! Go ahead and try and file a suit against them, it like YOU will go no where fast. A website is just like someones house. If that person doesnt want YOU in thier house then there is NOTHING YOU CAN DO! YOUR self entitlment does NOT give YOU the right to make demands on THEM! YOU WERE BANNED! Odds are that YOU didnt purchase items from a third party THIS TIME, but you HAVE in the past and didnt get caught then. This is just KARMA catching up with you. Either way, THEY DONT HAVE TO PROVIDE ANYTHING TO YOU! YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE DEMANDS ON THEM FOR ANYTHING! YOU were banned, thats it. THEY do NOT have to satisfy YOUR curiosity. THEY do NOT have to justify thier actions AT ALL! YOU agreed to the TOS, YOU BROKE THE TOS. End of YOUR use of THAT site. Funny though, YOU take to the web and DEFAME THEM and you STILL expect to get back on thier site after RUNNING your trap online. Yeah.... YOURE the smart one.....NOT!
