Sulake Falsely Banned Helsinki Nationwide
I purchased coins on Habbo.com through Paypal. The coins purchased allow players of Habbo to buy in game furniture and other in game services.
I was first placed on a trade lock. Their website advertises 48 hours for a support request to be responded to. It took them eleven days to hear back and finally remove me off trade lock.
I am now banned for absolutely no reason. I cannot use the services I intended/paid for.
My Habbo name is Overdeveloped, and I submitted my ban appeal over a week ago, to still no response.
