I had registered an account on Habbo.com (owned by Sulake) (username is Barbie), and it was stolen years ago. Throughout my time on the website, the account had been stolen more than once. I had used the account information to recover it twice.

The last time it was stolen (around a year or two ago), I've been trying to recover it ever since. Numerous requests to Sulake have been made, and none have been successful. Every single time they ask me for the account information, it is now magically incorrect? It makes no sense because it is the same info (more added this time) that I used to recover the account the first few times.

I have proof of purchases, original info, emails, ISPs, etc.. I don't understand how this time it can be incorrect info when it has been correct multiple other times. I have spend hundreds, if not thousands of dollars on my account via virtual purchases. It was my own money. And they're denying me access to my account. I'd love some help in getting it back.
