This fraudulent organization preys upon unsuspecting equipment buyers, particularly foreign buyers not aware that they are a website located in New York while most equipment they claim to represent is oilfield equipment located in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico, Kansas, Wyoming etc., most of which they do not have permission list upon their website or represent for sale to begin with. Many listings on their site are equipment listing that are several years old and were lifted from other sites back when said listings were active and remain on Sun Machinery site as a draw to lure new unsuspecting victims.
They utilize "bait & switch" tactics posting rig & equipment listings they have stolen from other websites and posted upon their own site to attract prospective buyers.
There are numerous documented cases of legal actions filed on them for accepting monies for rigs and/or equipment which was never subsequently delivered. State attorney generals have filed on them for selling unregistered securities (scamming investors).
