I got service a the mall in h-burg va. I was told i had a 14 day free trail.went home waited 4hr. then tryed to call cell to cell phones didnt work call suncom was told i was sold aervice thats not in my ara. went back to suncom a mall to cancel was change to a service that was in my ara at same price but when at home was in roaming so i was getting billed for roaming witch i told them i wented a service with out being billed for roaming to start with.went back next day canceled was told they were sorry they called suncom to cancelmy order and they said i owe notthing because i canceled within the 72 hr. i never was hooked up all the way just cell to cell but they are still chargeing me hook-up fee this is a ripoff free try is free i tryed to clear this up i was billd with 2 hook-up fee to start with they droped the 1st one but still billing me for the 2nd one i didnt sign up for they just changed me over to because the 1st one didnt work in my ara think you

About activation fees....

Usually, when you activate any cell phone, ANY activation fees for the phones are NOT refunded. You might want to check the contract. Yes, the SERVICE is "free" up to 14 days (certain limitations apply), but the activation fee is NOT. I've worked for a cellular phone company, so I know what you're talking about.
