It all started with a 'free trial, you pay nothing but shipping and handling'. Boy was I wrong...

I ordered Vital Acia, 'many have lost 30 lbs in only a month'. I took the pills as directed and saw no results. I returned the remainder of the product.

A week later, I recieved another package in the mail from Supreme Brands LLC. It was another 30 days worth of Acia.

I sent it back, figuring that maybe my cancelation of membership hadn't been processed until after they had already had this package ready to be shipped.

My cedit card bill came days later. I had two charges from them each for $83.86 So of course I called the company. They said that 1. they didn't recieve my package. and 2. that they don't accept any package un-opened or not.

They said that they would be sending me an e-mail with my cancelation number. to verify that i had indeed canceled my membership. I was happy, hung up and forgot about it. Until yesterday...

Another months worth showed up at my door. I immediatly contacted my credit card company to let them know of the situation and file a dispute. They were wonderful, stopped all charges and even credited my account.

Then i contacted Supreme Brands LLC. I spoke with Vanessa, who apparentlly does not have an employee number, or a last name.

She told me that there is no record of me calling before. But that she would get an e-mail out to me with a cancelation code. I told her that I wanted her to stay on the line until I had recieved the e-mail. She seemed alittle upset that I was sitting in front of my computer waiting for said e-mail. I never recieved it.

I asked for her employee number, which I already mentioned, doesn't exist. Her name? Just Vanessa, for sercurity purposes. And she couldn't tell me her manager's name. But, she could tell me that he was at lunch, and that he would call me back in 24-48 hours. iI asked how long her managers take break. An hour. I call back 2 hours later. Vanessa has left for the day and all managers are busy at the moment, but 'one will call me back within the hour' in fact Rudy Chavez was to call me back within the hour. guess who never called me.

This company is a rip off. No employee numbers? Non existant e-mails? Don't do buisness with this company, Lots of people have been scammed, don't be one of them.

Dear Consumer, When placing an order, all customers are required to CHECK the box that confirms to us that they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of their trial offer. Prior to completing the sale transaction, no orders can be processed without accepting the terms and conditions which ARE LISTED NEXT TO THE ORDER INFORMATION AND CLEARLY explains the following: The 15-day trial period starts from the date the order is SHIPPED(not received). This information is stated in the terms and conditions, on the order page, on their sales receipt, on an enclosed insert with every trial package and in a delivery confirmation that is emailed to each customer upon the shipment of their order. If the customer is not satisfied with the product they are required to contact the Supreme Brands customer service department within the 15-day trial period to cancel their auto-ship program ( Our customer service department is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week). If the customer is enjoying their product, then they do not have to do anything and at the end of their 15-day trial period they are charged the Value Rewards price (Which is stated on their Terms and Conditions) for the ORIGINAL SHIPMENT. Approximately 30 days from THEIR original purchase date and every 30 days thereafter they are to be sent another 1 month supply of the product, and the credit card on file would be billed the Value Rewards price, plus shipping and handling.
