I worked for this company and know that Supreme Brands cares more providing excellent their customer service than any of their competitors. They go to great lengths to respond to as many customer issues as possible. As a consumer you have to be proactive and take responsiblity for your actions. Read the small print and if you feel you have beeen charged in error, contact them and they will respond and assist is resolving it. BE A SMART CONSUMER. NO ONE MADE FORCED YOU TO MAKE THIS PURCHASE. I have not heardof anyone who hs not received a resolution, once they have contacted the customer service department. Complaining gets you no where.
