Well, they responded to my e-mail request to cancel. Here's what their e-mail note said: Dear Surfsafe Customer: Thank you for contacting Surfsafe Customer Service. We're sorry to hear that you are not interested in our program. This is your confirmation that your account has been cancelled. Please keep in mind that by canceling Surfsafe Email you will no longer receive software updates or be able to have access to your email accounts. We appreciate your interest in our program and hope that you will keep us in mind if your needs change in the future. Thank you for trying Surfsafe Email. Sincerely, Barbara Surfsafe Email Customer Service
