SurfSafe Internet ripoff billed me $30.69 on my Verizon bill. Did not order SurfSafe and have no idea who they are. s Washington
SurfSafe Internet services showed up on my Verizon phone bill a couple of months ago. I have called SurfSafe and told them that I never ordered their services, therefore, they need to cancel. They don't listen. I also called Verizon & told them that I did not order SurfSafe. My current phone bill has SurfSafe Internet on there again!! I'm glad I found this Rip-off Report website. Maybe someone can put a stop to companies charging for services that someone never asked for.

By your own admission, Verizon did not effect these charges on you. Exactly WHY did you report Verizon on this website again?

We will be closed on major holidays. -------- 3. Termination and Cancellation: Either you or Surf Safe may terminate or cancel your account at any time. Except as specified herein, you will not be entitled to any refunds. Other than to receive a return of refundable prepayments, if applicable, cancellation is your sole remedy with respect to any dispute with Surf Safe.
