Survey Platinum - Survey-Platinum ripoff refused refund as promised on their web site scam Palatine Illinois
Survey Platinum (survey-platinum.com) advertises as a database for companies looking for people to take paid surveys. After giving them $35, I spent two weeks signing up for surveys as they instructed. Two months later I have made nothing. The most any survey offered was an entry into a drawing.
I applied for a refund after the first month, but Survey Platinum told me I had to be a member for 60 days before I could request a refund. After waiting another month, I requested a refund again, but was told that I hadn't followed the directions on their web site and I should keep signing up for surveys.
After being refused again, I found numerous complaints about this happening to other people, and realized I probably wasn't going to get a refund. This company is nothing but a SCAM!!!
