I am writing this email as a formal complaint.  This email is to resolve issues with the service i recieved.  The  driver arrived in uhaul and charged me for the cost and  informed me that he never attempted to try to drive the 18 wheeler to my storage unit because based on the map he viewed online of storage facility and his opinion he didn't think the truck would fit so he rented a uhaul. However the management at public storage in hallandale beach said they accommodate 18 wheeler on a regular and once the driver realized he could have fit the truck he began to say that if he would've measurement the distance from truck to  my unit which he did Not do he thinks it would be 100 feet which I know is untrue I rented the unit available that was closes to the entrance.  I told him he should have done his job and measured it rather than assuming or guess because he guessed and was wrong about the 18 wheeler not being able to fit when it clearly upon viewing it up close  at the storage location he could have fit it. I asked for my money back for what was obviously a rip off and every thing he was saying was very visually untrue and dishonest, I observed that he had other stuff on the uhaul that he changed me for and I asked for recipe he said he didn't have any. However the woman at the storage witnesed him insisting on me paying him more money beyond the balance I already paid. In addition to being cheated out of money Iam missing a box with very valuable sentimental items that have not as of 24 hours been returned the driver is aware that the box is missing and I didn't check off for that box# because we have not resolved the missing box  I  also made a notation  in the comment section of the inventory sheet about the missing box   issue that haven't been resolved with your moving company the driver said he would call me yesterday and after 24hrs I haven't heard from him and when i call him he is forwarding my calls to voicemail. Upon speaking with the main office they were rud and have not attempted to resolve matters. When I asked to speak with management and or corporate office number they hung up on me and would not answer anymore of my calls. I am so lost as to what i should do because after searching for a corporate number it appears that there is no corporate office. Please HELP me. Thank you for your attention
