Complaint Review: Swinford Sporting Dog Association - Lee Robinson - Chimera Kennels - Brandon Mississippi

I have a mix of a Cane Corso and Pitbull which is a wonderful dog.  You can't have registered papers on a hybrid dog.  From what I have seen on his website they seem to be running a good business with plenty of educated information on what they do and how they train.  I would love one of their dogs or to actually have mine trained by this gentlemen.  I would be more worried about the man writing the report who is somehow a breeder because his spelling is terrible and I question his overall intentions.

I am the owner of Chimera Kennels. We strive to be as professional as possible. Mr. Jose Winston (aka "masterofallbulldogs" of the OREBA), whom we have NEVER done business with, filed this anonymous, false, libel, and defamatory statement about us on ripoffreport.com because we refused to support his organization. He never purchased a dog from usas I would never sell such a person a dog. As seen here http://uk.youtube.com/MasterOfAllBulldogs , Mr. Winston is a very angry person with a very aggressive demeanor. He has also been known to harass a number of people. To illustrate that Mr. Jose Winston's accusation is false, I ask Mr. Winston to provide a documentation of a sell of a dog (an SSDA registry form or a shipping receipt) for the said dog that he claims to have received. All of our dogs Swinford are registered ONLY with the Swinford Sporting Dog Association, SSDA, and since he did not get a dog from us, he will not be able to provide a copy of this registration form. Mr. Winston also will not be able to provide a valid receipt of any purchase, nor will he be able to provide any shipping ticket for the said purchase. I know this because we have NEVER sold a dog to Mr. Jose Winston, nor have we ever done business with him in any way. Unfortunately, ripoffreport.com does not remove any libel statements as they feel the "proper way to handle" such accusations is to have the owner of a business file a rebuttal and challenge the accuser to provide any proof of their claim. I completely disagree with ripoffreport's decision on the matter...but their decision is what it is. I would think that any reputable "reporting association" would require some proof of validation when an issue is challenged, but the only proof they require is for a person to click their mouse on a box that "confirms" everything is true...which, in my opinion, is ridiculous. Although I believe in free speech, I also believe in accountability to such speech...and believe false accusations should be corrected. To me, it shouldn't matter if a statement is made on the Internet or any other form of communication, people who make libel statements and support such activities IMO should be held accountable. I support the idea that one should not bear false witness against thy neighbor. Although I personally feel a website provider is in some manner a publisher and feel they should have some responsibly to confirm said accusations as valid, it seems as if my view of this may not be important...as ripoffreport.com claims they are not responsible for false or libel statements being made on their websitetheir view on such matters can be seen on their terms of use page. As a result, they refuse to remove any accusation...even if it is false and even if the author of the post requests its removal. Their policy on this matter in other words seems not negotiable even when accusations are invalid. So, let me explain Mr. Winston's motive for filing this libel and false report. Mr. Winston frequently contacted me asking me to support his registry. I told him I was familiar with his reputation and that I was not interested in doing business with him or being associated with him in any way. I also asked him to stop contacting us. In informed him that was aware of members in his registry AND his family (Kwame Winston) having been arrested for animal abuse and animal cruelty charges. He told me the charges were not true and that anyone can say anything about anyone. He asked me not to believe what was reported on ripoffreport.com ( http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/372/RipOff0372018.htm ) about his business (OREBA - "Old Red English Bulldog Association"). I informed him that I was not familiar with his issues on the ripoff.com Website, but heard about the animal abuse report via reports in the news media. I also informed Mr. Winston that I had heard he had used photos of dogs that were owned and bred by other people on his website and that he suggested such photos to be his dogs...all of which gave me concerns about his association...as it represents mannerisms and behavior I do not condone. Finally, while informing Mr. Jose Winston that my decision to not support his registry was final and asked him to not contact us anymore, he began using very racist terms and negative talk about "white Americans." If one researches Mr. Jose Winston or "Masterofallbulldogs" for videos or youtube.com, what they will find will be videos he created where he plainly voices his many anti-white and anti-American views. Upon expressing my decision to him, Mr. Jose Winston told me he would "prove to me that anyone can say anything about anyone and that he would have the last word." I have contacted a lawyer on the matter of libel statements being made by Mr. Jose Winston...and perhaps we will pursue legal action for making such statements...as he has NEVER done business with me and I MOST CERTAINLY have NEVER sold him a dog. The claim that he got a dog from us is completely invalid...and one that he would never be able to provesince one can not prove something that never happened. Of course, the time required by me to pursue this may or may not be worth it...so, dealing with a libel report made by Mr. Jose Winston isn't my top priority at this time. Plus, I doubt that Mr. Winston has any assets worth acquiring...as he seems like a very upset and frustrated man that blames the world for his failures. I own a swinford standard dog from Chimera kennels. Lee is not a liar he is a very educated breeder and if you read the info on his site you will see that he never claims his dogs come from swinford blood as we all know theres no way to really track the few dogs he breed. However his dogs follow the same standards for breeding and testing. The swinford dog is a type i.e. breed not blood that he is refering . He has one of the best breeding programs going and anyone who has a dog from him should know the quality of them. My dog is by far the best dog i have ever owned health , temper , and drives are all what he said they would be. So do your home work he never states his dogs come from John swinford, But they do follow the breed standard and i have the papers for mine . And there is no breeder of bandogge or bandog or american mastiff that is akc because the breed is not recognized yet.

Please Need to learn the truth about this man. This man don't have Swinford Bandogge or Bandogs. This man is selling a Name that he really don't have the Original Breeder dogs. This Man Lee is known liar need to be stoped.
