This company charges extra for expedited/rapid shipping services, as does any other business. However they ship their merchandise via normal shipping channels using normal shipping times and they keep the extra fee that you paid for speedy shipping. They accept international payments via PayPal and they know that PayPal doesnt investigate or get involved with claims against shipping fees and times. Therefore they can keep the extra monies paid.

I ordered from them and paid the additional 49CHF (Swiss francs) for speedy shipping and the product arrived a fedw weeks later, after they acknowledged it with a receipt stating that it would take 4-7 days. They have never refunded the extra fees nor do they intend to. Each time I write them they simply reply with "did you receive your pouch?" (Pouch= the swiss army knife custom pouch I ordered from them) So their tak on the matter is that if you received what you ordered it doesn't matter how long it took even if you were told it would take a week and it took several weeks...Do no do business with this company. you will be dissapointed.
