Reliably provided services on behalf of Syntechs Corporation by my own company under contract from August 2012 to December 2014.  Last service call performed was in November of 2014.  I gave the required 30 days annoucement of intent to terminate contract in November after consisently waiting lengthy intervals between payments, many lasting several months long, whilst all the while I am still regularly performing repairs week after week.  Thankfully, I am no longer performing repairs for this organization and am no longer under any contrac to do so.

Syntechs or HDRepair as I was informed to mention to end users by Synergy Technical Solutions Corp., I believe the official name of Syntechs Corp., provides services on behalf of television manufacturers such as Samsung or Vizio.  I provided my own transportation, tools, cell phone, and know how to schedule appointments with end users for typically, in-warranty repairs of malfunctioning tv units, but sometimes out-of-warranty, prepaid service calls were done as well, and also the repair of the units themselves and performing required calls to Syntechs to log in and out of site whilst onsite for repair and also took pictures to document repairs.  The complete service providing also included receiving signed end user documentation for reporting purposes and receiving and shipping parts related to the repairs.

I didn't mind providing services to Syntechs so much, except for two glaring problems that were regularly on my mind:  annoying hold times with Syntechs on the phone for required login and logouts of sites and receiving compensation on time an in the full contracted amounts.

Quite regularly I was on hold for ten or fifteen minute phone sessions to simply log in or out of a service call, which was required for each and every service call.  There were a couple service calls where I was on hold for an hour for these required procedures.  There were quite a few where I was on hold for thirty minutes at a time.  If ever it was required to contact Syntechs technical support team, expect to wait at least twenty minutes, and do not be surprised if waits are an hour or longer on the telephone.

As for compensation for performing service calls at very reasonable contract rates to Syntechs, expect to be severely disappointed.  Contract stated my company would be paid on tenth business day of month following preceeding month's service calls performed.  I might receive a check from Syntechs, I most likely would not was what I came to discover.

In fact, the worst was even though I was providing everything to get these service calls done, like my own car, tools, and cell phone, everything minus actually paying for the part used for the repair, although I did still receive the parts at my company address as a side note for the repair, and even given that I provided all of this and let me remind everyone reading this report that gas for some of these long trips and cell phone minutes which will rack up when dealing with these guys are not free, they are an expense, given all of that and that I did these services for a very reasonable, rather unfairly low in fact rate,  it has been inexcusable to me that I am still owed in principal alone nearly $600.00 for service calls performed last year.

It's almost June of 2015 as I write this, and given that I am still owed for service calls that I performed very near close to a year ago, I have wisened up and actually begun to charge Syntechs for late penalty fees recurring every 30 calendar days from notice to Syntechs that I had begun imposing these charges and interest on the amount of money that is owed me and my company.  Vendors be very leary of considering working for this organization for the reasons I have mentioned.

If you presently work for this organization, I highly recommend you heed my advice on imposing fees for payments due you that are delinquent and continue to or if you have not been smart enough to already, keep excellent records of all your repairs.  I myself have every signed end user document for every service call I ever performed on both digital and paper format, before and after pictures as well as serial and model number pictures of every tv unit I worked on for Syntechs (HDRepair), screenshots of invoices generated by me and accepted by Syntechs on the vendor webportal with timestamp, and do also keep documentation of course for parts return shipmentss and receiving and also like me, save all email communication and keep a copy of anything you've ever signed or they have signed in relation to your business relationship and contracts, and also do keep good record of check payments for compensation that you do actually receive.
