I normally do not write reviews but, after my experience with this company I felt I needed to say what happened to me so that no one else will be scammed .
I found the company T & D The Best Quality via offer up (my first mistake) 3 months ago Mr Salvador Dieguez came to my home and gave me an estimate to redo my kitchen the price he gave seemed resonible since he included removal of the existing cabinets , installation of the new cabinets , the counter top and put on the backsplash (which i supplied ).
Before I commited to the work I visited his "so called warehouse " located at 13380 SW 131st St #120 Miami Fl 33186 he showed my around it seemed legit so I hired him. On 10/10/17 he came to my home with the invoice in the amount of $4800.00 before the work started he required a 50% deposit so i gave him a cashiers check in the amount of $2400.00
From here on my nightmare begins. Since the time I gave him the deposit it has been excuse after excuse regarding when they would be ready . Each time he said he was coming to install etc he never showed up nor follow up with me as to why he couldn't make it.
Most recent he brought the cabinest and literally just stacked them one on top of the another giving me the excuse that he could not install them until the countertop is installed.
He so claims that he put in the order for the countertop to be cut and each time that I asked whats the hold up he blames the company he uses to cut the stone.
In summary, this man is a scammer he will take your money and run. I've have since done some research and found that his previous company Dieguez and Brothers had a similar complaint. I guess that's why he had to change his name.
So , if you are doing your homework on this company look under his name not the company and you will find the complaints
