Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I have been with T-Monile for twelve years. As a family we have four phones on T-mobile. A month ago I was on a trip to Morocco. I travel a lot and over the past year have spent three months over seas in various countries and have never had a problem with my cell bill. When I knew I was going to Morocco I made arrangments through T-Mobile to have my phone unlocked. On a connection through London I stopped at a T-Mobile store in london and had my phone unlocked (I know it's a different T-Mobile).

That international sim card never worked in Morocco as a matter of fact nothing worked in Morocco. I was ablle to make a few phone calss with my US SIM but never was able to connect to the internet. I spent hours trying to connect to the hotel internet with the international sim and may have tried with my US Sim but could not connect to the internet. AS a matter of fact I emded up buying an international cell phone from a mobile stor in Tangier. When I opened my cell bill a few days ago I freaked!!

My biill was 5,040.27 dollars. Now I did make a few calls but those calls are not an issue. The internet charges are 4,718.27 dollars. Internet that I never recieved..internet floating around in the air. The last time I checked the air is still free. Anway. I called t-mobile to state my case. Although the ypoung man was very nice he did nothing.

After twelve years and thousands of dollars worth of business T-Mobile gave me a P.O Box to send a letter and sent me packing. I was told I have ten days to dispute this and after that my phones will be shut off. As consumers don't we have any rights against bogus cell bills and crazy rip off charges. The crazy thing is I have wanted to leave T-Mobile for years but have been held hostage by their never ending service plans.

I live in North Reading on a back road with a private way and I have issues with even getting cell service at my house. Before I had a smart phone I did not get service at my house.. T-Mobile sold me a tablet that never even worked at my house and because I tried to return that device and cancel service T-Mobile put a negtive mark on my credit report. I am not sure what will happen with this. Where do I go next? I am writing a formal complaint letter to T-Moible...

Thank You
