Im filing a report for charging me for early termination fee which is finished contract.My contract was done on Nov.28,2005.I have 3 accounts & one of them was this # 8479126886.I called them on Oct26 2005 to ask what I do to this account,because my sister who the one use this account which is moved to California. They told that I can put this on suspension & call back on Nov. 28,2005 to disconnect the service to get away from termination fee & I did.Then I called tonight (12/19/05) to ask why I was charge for termination fee. They told that I renewed this number.I have other 2 accounts that I renewed to family plan but not the one I called for suspension & finished contract last Nov.28,2005.They told me that customers service I talked to,she put this number to renewed also with the other accounts.I told her tonight it was not my fault & told her, why I suspended this number if I want this to renew & she understand.She said the only way to get away to this fee is to reconnect this account to service or pay the termination fee which is not fault. I told her I can not do this because I don't have the cellphone to connect & also I can not afford to have another one that's why I called on Nov.28,2005 to disconnect service & don't want to renew & .Please advice me if I have rigths not to pay the charge. thank you!
