Tammy aka BestView Seats Scam artist selling tickets to concerts and events Port St. Lucie Florida
She responded to my craigslist ad for Billy Joel tickets I wanted. She offered three different pairs and did not hesitate when I negotiated her price down, which should have been my first red flag. She stated she only takes Amazon payments. Luckily, Amazon payments was refusing my validation of the account when I set it up so I went to try to paypal her and she refused paypal. I told her the deal was off but she stated she could take a credit card and again, against my better judgment, I gave her my card number, but at least I knew I could immediately cancel and dispute and even reissue my card with a new number through Amex, as I am a platinum member.
She emailed me to say the receipt and tickets would be forthcoming, but after several minutes, nothing. She kept emailing me back saying she was trying to get the tickets "switched over" from Ticketmaster, at which point I knew for sure she was scamming me, but I gave her an ultimatum and she never picked up the phone again. I let her know I had, by then, looked her number up here and found the ripoff report.
DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS PERSON "TAMMY." Scam artist all the way.
