Horrible (is an understatement)customer service...the owner, Barry Thorne, is the rudest manager/owner I have ever come across. If it let me put zero stars as a rating, I would of. Not only does he flip-flop more than a politician, he also cusses at his customers, hangs up on them, has a hot temper, and runs to the nearest deputy when someone asks him questions.
We asked his company to do a job at our home with the current fish tank they installed that cost us over $800. He didn't do what was asked, and then wanted to charge us to have him come out and complete the job he was supposed to do in the first place (after he said he would complete the job for no charge the next week).
He said I could shove the reports of his company's bad service "up my a--". GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!! If he talks that way to a woman...he has some serious issues. Then when I call back (after he had hung up on me), a deputy answers, saying that charges could be brought up if I call again! Wow!!!
DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL BE TRULY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
