I'd like to make a comment about the statement made by the Target employee: He wrote: "Did you even bother to look at the selection Target offered you?" Did you even bother? This is the EXACT mean of the posters story. Her Feelings which you, another Target employee has not even considered! Lee, the poster is a customer who was simply asking for some "customer service". Which in Lee's opinion (which is the only opinion that matters because she is the customer) she felt as if she was not even "listened too". She felt she was not provided with any level of "Customer Service". That, Target employee's is the POINT. HOW THE CUSTOMER FEELS! The CUSTOMERS are the ONLY reason you have a JOB. Service us, make us feel important, LISTEN to us, provide us with every extention of CUSTOMER SERVICE that you possibily can. Rather you attack us and ask: " Did you even bother" Sorry, That's not what customers deserve. We deserve better.

At the time of the filing of this report, character bedding was a part of the home improvement department/class listing. Many stores had the aisles in/near domestics, but the items were registered under home improvement. They were not switched until mid 2006.

The pillow is a part of Domestics, so you would of had to exchange it for something else in that area. There were other Dora lamps, night lights, curtains, bedspreads, and more Dora items you could have exchanged it for, or just something else in that department for your daughter's room. Did you even bother to look at the selection Target offered you? A pillow isnt considered a toy, but an item to decorate a room .... was that so far off base? when you have a problem with the policy, what can the workers do but give you the number to the corprate guest relations? They have nothing else in there power but to apologize to you again and again and again and offer you something else in Domestics for the same price...
