In 2008 I contact TaxCare Pros to help me with my tax debt. I paid them $4000.00 dollars for their services. I was garentteed by Caroline Elhij that all my tax troubles where be hind me.Tax pros requested personal information, and a power of attorney in order to process our claim. All this information was give. All the letters from the IRS stopped and I thught all was well. Then I started recieving letters again I faxed them to taxcare and again they had me sign another power of attorney, I was told that a differnt atterny was handling my claim. I tried to contact the lady thatwas previously handling the claim and I was informed that she no longer worked for the company. I was a bit concerned so I kept in contact with them more then I had before. Again the letter from the IRS stopped, and then they started up again. I calledthe IRS and talked with a rep. and she said that there was toi be a conference call but taxcare pros did not answer their phones. I contacted them and they said that the conference call was cancelled and more information was needed. About a week later I attempted to call taxpros and send e-mails but no one answered the phones and e-mails where retuned by e-mailer as a bad or wrong e-mail.I paid them a lot of money for a service and recieved nothing in return except for mpre interest and fees.
