I purchased online the DVD first 4 seasons of the program The Sheild from a company I found on Amazon.com called TBS Media. I recieved the dvd discs and noticed each time i played them they stalled and skipped.
I emailed TBS and they were very h*o hum about it. They sent me a few emails telling me to clean the disc ( which made me wonder, why would i need to clean a brand new disc) if they were indeed new discs and not remakes?
I cleaned them and they still skipped. I sent 2 more emails to TBS Media telling them i would return the DVD's for a new set or my money refunded.
TBS Media never responde to me again.
I guess they feel they dont have to take care of customer complaints. I plan to contact Amazon since thats where i found them.
I recommend to people not to use TBS media to buy your movies and music.
follow up, i contacted amazon.com and complained about my situation. ama zon did nothing. i never got a refund, i still have the bad DVD's and my money is gone.
dont use TBS or Amazon.com
