these folks were shut down in 2009 for selling sick puppies and were fined thousands. They are now back up under a new title. The only way they sell anything is probably by using celebrities who bought from them in the past. What is wrong with those celebrities? Why don't they prevent her from using their images? They made mistakes helping to keep puppy mills in business By buying puppy ill born puppies from this Broker. Shouldn't the celebrities try to make a wrong right? they should be fighting This online pet shot tooth and nail to remove thier images. Why would any celebrity wish to be a*s opiated with a broker who keeps Kennels operating? For every puppy they sell, another order is out in to the hidden puppy mills they buy from.

I just purchased a Boston Terrier from TCP in Fort lauderdale on Monday August 5th 2013. I found the people in the store very helpful and compassionate being I had to put my 10 year old Boston to sleep earlier that day after a long illness . They took the time to explain every question I had asked being I was in a sad state that day I wanted to be assured I was purchaseing a healthy puppy and not one that I would have to spend a fortune on in vet bills after 9 months and a small fortune(worth every cent) to keep my best friend alive for as long as I could.
My main question was could I take the puppy to my own vet for an evaluation to get a non biased opinion and the answer was yes. So I did and my vet found she had Kennel cough as well as parasites which he found after a stool test was performed. I immediately called the store again and told them what my vet had found. They stood by there word and offered to take care of the vet bills and medications until the puppy was 100% healthy.
My vet knowing me for many many years went above and beyond and had the stool sample sent out to a private lab and yet another type of parasite was found as well. Again I called TCP and told them I was not too happy with the situation being I thought I purchased a healthy pup. This time they said they would take care of all medical bills by there vet or mine. Being I knew there vet as well who has an excellant reputation I elected to take the pup to them being they bill TCP direct and no out of pocket monies were spent on my behalf. As of today my pup is doing much much better and is on her way to being the healthy, happy family member that I had hoped for.
Sorry for taking so long to get to my point and that is you can buy a puppy from any pet store, breeder, adoption center ect. and chances are the dog will have minor issues being they are around soo many other puppies. I learned all this after my vet, TCP's vet and a Breeder I know up north confirmed all the above is true and TCP offered any and all support to ensure Tori's health status continues to get better which to me shows that they care about the pet as well as the consumer.
I read some of these stories and there are always three sides and we as consumers only hear one side most of the time. I would purchase another puppy from TCP Fort lauderdale without hesitation knowing they DO stand behind what they sell.
P.S. A good friend of mine purchased a French Bulldog from TCP in Weston Florida in August 2011 and she too had a few minor issues similar to mine and she is now a very happy customer with a very healthy pup due to the the way TCP handled her situation.

Soon after I wrote this report I received a call from the owner, Gilda. She explained some things to me and after an hour or so I can say this place is NOT a puppy mill. She addressed my concerns and offered a kind of "puppy insurance" for free to take care of my vet bills for the parasites and any possible future problems with the heart murmur. She explained that the puppies are not bred with them and that they actually buy from other breeders and then sell them in their boutique and online. The rumors that they shut down for animal abuse are UNFOUNDED and she has shown me court records that prove their innocence. I have asked Rip Off Reports to remove this report in its entirety. Gilda has promised to look into where my puppy was breeded to make sure others that buy from them have smoother transactions with as healthy puppyies as possible. So all in all Teacup Puppies Store is okay in my book aside from the poor customer service of my salesperson "Angel" who I've been told will be spoken to. Thank you to Teacup Puppies Store for setting things straight and taking care of my vet bills to resolve this problem.
