PLEASE READ! I came across Teacup Puppies Store online and fell in love with with this "teacup" Pomeranian listed as
'Pillar'. I knew this was absolutely the puppy I wanted- love at first sight! I called their contact number and was told that after all was said and done (airfare, insurance, crib, puppy, microchip) this puppy would be $2500. Since I'm not super rich I asked to put down a deposit of $1500 on my card and told my salesperson Angel that I would pay the difference the following week. So she told me the card went through and all was well. the next day my account balance was -$1000! They charged
the deposit TWICE! I called and they said it would take 48hrs to reverse the second charge... So I had an overdraft fee but I figured it was  just a mistake. The second charge was refunded two days later and the following Friday I paid the difference that I owed. Angel assured me my puppy crib ($149+ S&H) would be shipped so I would have time to set
everything up for my puppy when she flew in.

After a week I still had no crib and my puppy was supposed to arrive in just a few days.. So again I called Angel and she was unavailable (as usual). I left messages and finally my call was returned by the owner (male) and his response was
"Oh would you like us to ship that to you tomorrow?" Beyond upset-- I knew it would not arrive in 48hrs and I was irritated that I was told it had already been shipped so I said "no". I went out in all the Christmas traffic looking for something similar so my puppy would have her own space... I found one and purchased it... The $149 was refunded to my account (they kept the shipping charges). So I was finally all ready to get my puppy and Teacup Puppies Store gave me the flight information the night before. They provided a flight number and told me my puppy would be ready at Cargo in Boston around 2pm that Saturday.

Super excited I set a flight tracker on my Iphone to give me updates and discovered the flight destination was ATLANTA! I called back the following morning and they said that was the wrong flight number because my puppy had a connecting flight (poor thing!) When I FINALLY picked my puppy up at Logan Airport in Boston, she was in a crate super scared as expected.. The following week she had horrible diarrhea so I took her to the vet to get checked out. Again Teacup Puppies Store guaranteed their puppies were 100% healthy. The vet found that she had Giardia Cysts (MANY) and Isospora Cysts (these are two types of parasites). She also has a low grade heart murmur and kennel cough. So for the first four days I had to give her a powder mixed with peanut butter.. Then wait two days and give her pills the next 5 days.. Now she is on a liquid to treat the kennel cough and lasts 10 days!

I called Angel SEVERAL times and was told by her and others that if I sent the vet bills they would send me a check to cover those fees... Every time I call they say Angel will look into it and call me back and she never does! It has been over a week since they were sent and I have had no calls returned and no sign of a check being mailed. They told me because
the heart murmur was low grade they would not do anything unless it became serious. Also- My puppy is now just over 3 months and is 4+ lbs (NOT A TEACUP). My vet told me shes not even a TOY... and that shes on track to being 5-6lbs minimum. I love my puppy very much but BUYER BEWARE! This place is cranking out several breeds of so called "teacups
and toys" and I wish I researched more because I have found MANY similar stories to mine about Teacup Puppies Store. I encourage you to buy elsewhere and do your research on the facility your puppy is coming from because when all is said and done I paid $2500 for a normal sized Pomeranian with health issues!

WIZARD OF CLAWS USING NEW TITLE. BUY PUPPIES FROM KENNEL CHEAP AND RESELL . CELEBRITIES DID NOT KNOW THEY WERE PUPPYMILL

these folks were shut down in 2009 for selling sick puppies and were fined thousands. They are now back up under a new title. The only way they sell anything is probably by using celebrities who bought from them in the past. What is wrong with those celebrities? Why don't they prevent her from using their images? They made mistakes helping to keep puppy mills in business By buying puppy ill born puppies from this Broker. Shouldn't the celebrities try to make a wrong right? they should be fighting This online pet shot tooth and nail to remove thier images. Why would any celebrity wish to be a*s opiated with a broker who keeps Kennels operating? For every puppy they sell, another order is out in to the hidden puppy mills they buy from.

I just purchased a Boston Terrier from TCP in Fort lauderdale on Monday August 5th 2013. I found the people in the store very helpful and compassionate  being I had to put my 10 year old Boston to sleep earlier that day after a long illness . They took the time to explain every question I had asked being I was in a sad state that day I wanted to be assured I was purchaseing a healthy puppy and not one that I would have to spend a fortune on in vet bills after 9 months and a small fortune(worth every cent) to keep my best friend alive for as long as I could.

My main question was could I take the puppy to my own vet for an evaluation to get a non biased opinion and the answer was yes. So I did and my vet found she had Kennel cough as well as parasites which he found after a stool test was performed. I immediately called the store again and told them what my vet had found. They stood by there word and offered to take care of the vet bills and medications until the puppy was 100% healthy.

My vet knowing me for many many years went above and beyond and had the stool sample sent out to a private lab and yet another type of parasite was found as well. Again I called TCP and told them I was not too happy with the situation being I thought I purchased a healthy pup. This time they said they would take care of all medical bills by there vet or mine. Being I knew there vet as well who has an excellant reputation I elected to take the pup to them being they bill TCP direct and no out of pocket monies were spent on my behalf. As of today my pup is doing much much better and is on her way to being the healthy, happy family member that I had hoped for.

Sorry for taking so long to get to my point and that is you can buy a puppy from any pet store, breeder, adoption center ect. and chances are the dog will have minor issues being they are around soo many other puppies. I learned all this after my vet, TCP's vet and a Breeder I know up north confirmed all the above is true and TCP offered any and all  support to ensure Tori's health status continues to get better which to me shows that they care about the pet as well as the consumer.

I read some of these stories and there are always three sides and we as consumers only hear one side most of the time. I would  purchase another puppy from TCP Fort lauderdale without hesitation knowing they DO stand behind what they sell.

P.S. A good friend of mine purchased a French Bulldog from TCP  in Weston Florida in August 2011 and she too had a few minor issues similar to mine and she is now a very happy customer with a very healthy pup due to the the way TCP handled her situation.

RESOLVED! Thank you Teacup Puppies Store!

Soon after I wrote this report I received a call from the owner, Gilda. She explained some things to me and after an hour or so I can say this place is NOT a puppy mill. She addressed my concerns and offered a kind of "puppy insurance" for free to take care of my vet bills for the parasites and any possible future problems with the heart murmur. She explained that the puppies are not bred with them and that they actually buy from other breeders and then sell them in their boutique and online. The rumors that they shut down for animal abuse are UNFOUNDED and she has shown me court records that prove their innocence. I have asked Rip Off Reports to remove this report in its entirety. Gilda has promised to look into where my puppy was breeded to make sure others that buy from them have smoother transactions with as healthy puppyies as possible. So all in all Teacup Puppies Store is okay in my book aside from the poor customer service of my salesperson "Angel" who I've been told will be spoken to. Thank you to Teacup Puppies Store for setting things straight and taking care of my vet bills to resolve this problem.
