Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This scam company continually rips people off. I own 3 nissans and all 3 need catalytic converters. 2of the 3 have already been replaced and are bad again. One we paid for the other was under warranty. They will not honor anything even just weeks after replacing it. This is a bad bad company...never get any service from them even if it is warranty work. Never buy anything from them especially a car or truck. Just dont even buy a nissan, buy a toyota or honda or anything else. Richard Philadelphia and his boss are the worst. Joey a young mouthy punk is another ripoff artist. The head service manager claiming to be the BIG DOG is Mike Sanders who will smile and talk nicely while he screws you. As it turns out the real boss scammer behind the scenes is Kevin Porter.

I am willing to do the leg work for a class action law suit and an internet campaign to let the truth out about these scammers. Contact me via aol e-mail my name is kingfish18. I am in the process of also contacting the BBB, Attorney General, DA( i have 2 cousins that are DA's) Consumer Affairs etc

Dont let these scammers get the best of you, I know they will pay dearly for ripping me off

Well I am an auto tech myself..which I assume you may be also. And while I agree that customers can lie...I see a lot more often the dealerships lie and swindle and try to get out of warrantying anything.

However, the point to this website is for a place where consumers can voice their experience with companies that have done them wrong so others can be forewarned..and perhaps it can lead to something being done. In any case..the company can rebut and/or reply to defend themselves..or make good.

Now we the general public who respond have a right to as well...but it does no one any good to call people who report here liars without any proof. If you feel this consumer did not leave enough info..you can simply ask the consumer to do so..or ignore the complaint altogether.

While I completely believe in freedom of speech, when it is used for no other purpose then to offend others by those that respond and were not involved with the consumer or the company or the report...at that point I would say this site should delete/edit posts..I would be all for that.

As far as this complaint..it is clear the work was done by this DEALERSHIP, and they are not honoring a warranty. More info would be nice I agree...but it would be nicer if it came from the dealership..as how they handle customer relations and complaints is a very good sign of how they handle business overall.

Also, we only have to go buy what he says the DTC may be for other things. Did he go back to the dealer for a fallow up diagnosis? Or did he go Auto zone for the diagnoses (which I have seen wrong often) what is the mileage of the cars (I have seen cars that are only one year old and have 100,000 on them)

If what he says is accurate then yes the dealer is a problem but my experience is customers are the biggest liars

This report has nothing to do with Karl..he is simply a random person who has responded. If the company this complaint is filed against wishes to respond..they have every right and opportunity to do so.

The OP has a complaint which is VERY easy to understand..but you apparently need assistance. So I will volunteer to assist.

The complaint is that the poster owns 3 Nisan vehicles in which 2 of them have already had the catalytic converters replaced. One was paid for..the other was replaced under warranty.

Apparently they have not honored ANYTHING after weeks of replacement.

Now if the converter is not warrantied for weeks..then this customers complaint is not legit. But if the warranty is for more then "weeks", and this company failed to warranty it..then the complaint is legit.

So before we jump to conclusions...we need the OP of this complaint to note if there was a warranty applied on this converter that covers it for weeks.

your are still being a wind bag

Don't they have a parts grantee? If not sorry you are out of luck.

I do find it hard to believe your complaint so I will not believe it. You have offered very little in information to back up you story
