So heres how it went down. Team Nissan of Oxnard, CA seemed to have the largest selection of this new hard to find Nissan Cube. So we drove down around 7pm on November 28th, 2009. We decided to trade in our Lincoln MKX six months early as a Christmas Present to ourselves. The transaction went smooth and the sales rep was actually quite knowledgeable. Let me remind you that my wife and I are extremely laid back folk, but if you tick us off well let the world know. So we wrapped up the deal at Team Nissan around 9pm or so and left the dealership feeling quite satisfied, little did we know the disarray that was haunting us. Weve purchased several cars with trade-ins in the past, so why should this experience be any different. Here is where Team Nissan of Oxnard went from Satisfactory to a solid Failing grade.
Let me first mention that my wife and I both have impeccable 815 Fico scores and need our credit scores to personally fund our Internet Corporations, everyone knows the importance of a good credit score. Team Nissan was supposed to pay off our Lincoln that we traded in for the Nissan Cube we purchased the car on the 28th of November, 2009 and they still have not sent the payoff check to Ford Motor Credit. Its the 22 of January, 2010. We have now been dinged on our flawless credit by Ford Credit, because of the inadequacies of the Team Nissan Finance Department. Their finance department is run by adolescents that do not return calls. My wife is 8 months pregnant and this has caused on overwhelming amount of stress on her maternal body.
In conclusion, we have worked 20 years to build perfect credit scores to have destroyed by Team Nissan of Oxnard, CA. We now have a new cube were paying for, we no longer have our Lincoln MKX, they havent paid off the car we traded in, they refuse to return our calls, go figure. Ive never been in this situation and am dumbfounded as to what to do.
Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT buy from Team Nissan of Oxnard if you value your credit score.
